Most business friction happens at the intersection of broken systems and misaligned human capital. I combine engineering logic and operational efficiency with behavioural psychology to architect the Growth, GTM, and Ops frameworks required for high-velocity market capture—while tuning the Human Systems needed to run them.

My approach is grounded in formal education across Engineering, Commerce, and Marketing, alongside training in Systems Thinking and Human-Centered Design. I draw on 18 years of in-the-field leadership across Banking, Ad Tech, IT Services, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) while connecting the gaps between Operations, GTM, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Product Strategy.
